Apurv Shukla

Apurv is an Assistant Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Michigan, Dearborn. He studies how autonomous decision-making systems operate under information, strategic, and physical constraints. His goal is to develop principles that govern safe, efficient, and economically aligned learning systems for critical infrastructure, including healthcare, power systems, markets, and platforms.
